FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Red River between Fargo and Moorhead, Minn., has been formally dedicated.
The observance held Sunday on Flag Day included the dedication of the bridge's granite signs honoring area veterans.
The event was organized by the United Patriotic Bodies, the umbrella organization for veterans groups in the metro area. It included a flyover by two World War II P-51 fighter planes.
