Eau Claire (WQOW) - A new survey from Consumer Reports ranks an Eau Claire hospital as the best in the nation.
Oakleaf Surgical Hospital topped the survey of more than 34,000 hospitals. Patients were asked a number of things, including how well doctors and nurses communicated with them, how attentive the staff was and how clean their room was.
Oakleaf scored a 98.5 out of a possible 100. Not only was that the highest ranking hospital in the country, its score was 10 points ahead of any other hospital in Wisconsin.
