Eau Claire (WQOW) -- An area woman is in trouble with the law again for her addiction to huffing.
Last week, authorities found Lisa Waggoner-Roberts of Minong in an Eau Claire hotel with 40 aerosol cans laying on the floor around her. More than 30 of them were empty.
Three days later police were called to a different Eau Claire hotel and found Waggoner-Roberts passed out. She told police she had been huffing. Then on Monday, police were called to the Eau Claire Shopko because a woman was huffing in the bathroom. Police found Waggoner-Roberts outside the store with a Shopko bag with aerosol cans.
Last month, Waggoner-Roberts crashed her truck on Highway 53 near I-94. Police say her truck went across four lanes of traffic and then rolled several times. Witnesses say she was huffing keyboard cleaner immediately after the crash. She was arrested for her 5th offense OWI.
There's one more incident -- back in May, Lisa Waggoner-Roberts rolled a car in Washburn County. A passer-by went to assist her, and gave her a t-shirt for her head wound. She then used the shirt to huff.
Waggoner-Roberts is charged with 13 counts - including reckless endangerment for the crash, and 4th offense OWI. She's being held on a $20,000 cash bond. She'll be in court next week.
