UPDATE: Man sustains head injuries in ATV crash, still in critical condition

Eau Claire (WQOW) - The Dunn County Sheriff's Department released the name of the man who sustained head injuries in an ATV crash Wednesday.

Ronald Brantner, 46, of Eau Galle remains in critical condition at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Investigators believe Brantner was likely ejected or fell from his ATV while traveling on a roadway.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the Dunn County Sheriff's Department at 715-232-1348.

Eau Claire (WQOW) - The Dunn County Sheriff's Department responds to a call of a man lying on a roadway with head injuries.

Deputies arrived at the scene just after 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Town of Eau Galle, just south of Downsville. Authorities believe the man had been driving an ATV before being found.

He was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital with head injuries. No word on how he is doing.
