Associated Press - September 25, 2009 7:44 PM ET

MOORHEAD, Minn. (AP) - Authorities say two North Dakota men face charges after a home invasion in which the owner of a Minnesota farmhouse was tied to his chair.

The suspects are identified as 25-year-old Joseph Weninger and 21-year-old Jason Roerick, both of Harvey.

Clay County Sheriff Bill Bergquist said the men were arrested in Wells County, N.D., on suspicion of aggravated robbery, false imprisonment, kidnapping and burglary.

Bergquist said the owner of the farm house in Sabin, Minn., was tied to a chair outside before the men went into his home but could see the suspects through the holes in their masks and identify them. The sheriff said the victim suffered minor cuts to his face.
