MIDDLETON, Wis. (AP) - A 19-year-old Oak Creek native has beat out 31 other Wisconsin women in the 2010 Miss Wisconsin-USA pageant.
Courtney Lynn Lopez was crowned Sunday at the Middleton Performing Arts Center.
Lopez, who now lives in Franksville in Racine County, will advance to the 2010 Miss USA pageant on April 18 in Las Vegas.
Also Sunday, 16-year-old Kirsten Jalbert Norderhaug of Brookfield won the Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA competition. Norderhaug took the crown in a field of 37 contestants in the teen pageant.
