Eau Claire (WQOW) - One man is arrested after authorities say he crashed into a parked car causing it to go through a building. It happened early Wednesday morning in the Town of Trempealeau.

Scott Rand of Onalaska was arrested for OWI. Deputies say he drove his SUV off the road, went into a ditch, and then drove into the Jailhouse Saloon parking lot and hit a parked car.

That collision sent the parked car through one side of the building. Several people were in the bar at the time, but no one was hurt.
