Eau Claire (WQOW) -- Xcel crews restore power to the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport.
Power was out from 5:08 Friday evening until 8:40.
An Xcel Energy spokesperson says a bad underground cable that supplies the airport caused the outage.
No word if air-travel was impacted by the outage.
