GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Actor and Green Bay native Tony Shalhoub is returning home for screenings of his new movie.

Shalhoub plays the sheriff in "Feed the Fish," which was shot in Door County. He's also a producer.

The free screenings are Nov. 21 at the Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek and Nov. 22 at the Meyer Theatre Green Bay.

The movie, written and directed by fellow Green Bay native Michael Matzdorff, is a romantic comedy about a burned-out author of children's books whose "therapy" includes a Polar Bear Plunge in icy Lake Michigan.

Shalhoub is a 3-time Emmy winner for his role of obsessive-compulsive private investigator Adrian Monk in the USA Network series, "Monk." It's in its eighth and final season.
