ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Democrat Margaret Anderson Kelliher (KEL'-uh-her) has picked up her second union endorsement in the governor's race.
The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49 says it's backing the House Speaker because she created jobs by overturning Gov. Tim Pawlenty's veto of a transportation spending package early last year.
The Operating Engineers represents 13,000 members in Minnesota and the Dakotas and screened 10 of the Democratic candidates.
