Eau Claire (WQOW) - It's no surprise that "Twilight" sucked in movie goers this weekend.
"The Twilight Saga: New Moon," the second installment in the series based on the best-selling books, debuted at the number one spot at the box office this weekend, bringing in $141 million. It now ranks third in the biggest opening weekends ever behind "The Dark Knight" and "Spiderman 3."
Coming in second place was "The Blind Side" followed by "2012" in third place. "Planet 51" came in fourth place and rounding out the top five was the Christmas classic, "A Christmas Carol."
