Eau Claire (WQOW) - Community members and hockey players take to the ice in a newly renovated arena.

A $5 million makeover of Hobbs Ice Center in Eau Claire recently wrapped up. The upgrade included energy-efficient lighting, hundreds of more seats and the addition of a new training room. About $400,000 in stimulus money helped pay for the update. Saturday, community members checked out the new facility while a youth hockey tournament took place.
