ARLINGTON, TX (WKOW) -- The Packers and Steelers kick off Super Bowl 45 on Feb. 6th at Cowboys Stadium.
The Packers and the Steelers don't arrive in Dallas until Monday. The Packers, of course, have been red-hot: winning five straight elimination games to get to the Super Bowl. The players admit the Super Bowl has been on their minds for awhile.
Cornerback Charles Woodson said, "I think about it around the clock. I don't know how much more than that you can think about it. So you feel good about winning in this NFC Championship. But that's not the end-all. So there's still some more to get to. But it's an everyday, every minute, every second thought for myself."
Defensive end Ryan Pickett said, "This is why we play, man. This is my 10th season. And to be at this point, when we're this close, that's all I can think about now is winning a game."
Some traveling to the Super Bowl from Wisconsin left as early as this weekend, anticipating the blizzard conditions set to begin Monday, and worsen through Tuesday night into Wednesday.
But, here at home, businesses are cashing in on the Packers big game. Business is up more than 50% for Wisconsin Active Apparel store near Madison. T-shirt store Sconnie Nation in Madison says their Internet traffic has more than tripled since last week's NFC Championship Game. The owner says his sales are up more than 200 percent.
