will occur mainly at the end of this event. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 4 inches, with localized 5 inch totals. Ice
accumulations of less than one tenth of an inch are expected,
but mainly along the Iowa border, northeast to around Hastings,
Minnesota.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Wisconsin and
central, east central, south central and west central
