rising water or washouts, resulting in closures. Much of Ontario
was under water with flooding down to La Farge along the Kickapoo
River. In Richland county, sandbagging was occurring along the
Pine River in Yuba, and state highway 80 was closed at County Road
D.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Richland Center, Viroqua, Westby, Elroy, Hillsboro, Wonewoc,
Stoddard, Coon Valley, La Farge, Clayton, Germantown, Newton,

evening.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet...Floodwaters touch the base of the river
gauge house in Rock Springs. Floodwaters cover much of Highways DD,
154 and 136 in Rock Springs. Busser Park along Highway 136 and the
baseball diamond in Fireman's Park along Highway DD are covered
with water up to 4 feet deep. Floodwaters affect some businesses,
including the Post Office, along Highway 154 in Rock Springs.
