Menomonie (WQOW) - A big project at UW-Stout gets the go-ahead.
The board of regents approved a plan to spend $18 million to improve the heating and air conditioning systems at the Memorial Student Center. Money would also be used to remodel parts of the building. Improvements would be paid for with student fees.
The project still needs to be approved by the legislature and governor doyle.
