Sarah practices law in the areas of Social Security Disability Law, Ethics, Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and Family Law. She zealously and ethically represents clients to achieve the best results, while recognizing personal, business and financial constraints.
Sarah is a fourth generation Eau Claire native, where her grandfathers, father and family have founded multiple family businesses which continue to thrive to day. She is a graduate of Eau Claire Memorial High School and Marquette University, where she was very involved in athletics and student government. Sarah received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law where she tutored fellow students, was a member of the Ethics Board and the Mock Trial Team.
Sarah returned to Eau Claire, WI with her husband, Jeff Hart, and their children and joined Poquette Law, LLC in 2003 after working in Seattle, WA for a number of years. Sarah is a member of the CVTC Paralegal Board, the YMCA Board and the Junior League of Eau Claire. Sarah and her family continue to be involved in local sports and community activities.
