Amber Swenor is a networker by nature. She’s motivated by learning what a business is all about and how she can help them reach their goals.
She grew up loving the outdoors in the rural north-central Wisconsin town of Bowler and is a 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Political Science Degree. Her background includes serving as a WI Fairest of the Fairs and as a WI State FFA Officer, positions that afforded her early experience in marketing and communications. In college she spent a year studying and volunteering with ag-based groups abroad in Turkmenistan and Kenya. She has five years of experience as local Marketing Coordinator for Team Enterprises, Legacy Marketing Partners and Trilogy Marketing coordinating campaigns to connect consumers with products.
She joined WKOW in 2011 as the Digital Sales Specialist and later transitioned into the AE role in 2012. In three years she’s quickly learned the ins and outs of not only TV media, but multiple media outlets, serving as a trusted resource for her clients. She’s worked with businesses in all industries and enjoys the process of strategizing and developing campaigns, measuring results and growing with her clients, many of whom become friends.
The dynamic mix of advertising experience and personal interests she brings to the table has allowed her to work successfully with clients in all industries, seeing from different points of view, gaining knowledge into business operations and what works in the marketplace.
If you are looking for a dedicated, well-rounded marketing consultant who will become your biggest ally, then Amber is the marketing professional for you.
When she’s not strategizing you’ll find her watching ABC shows of course! As well as cooking, watching movies, camping, spending time with her family and dog, riding motorcycle, admiring muscle cars and writing music with her band.
