Man ticketed for recall confrontation in Hudson

Posted:

Hudson (WQOW) - Yet another confrontation in Western Wisconsin involving an opponent of those collecting signatures to recall Governor Scott Walker.

The most recent incident happened Monday, in Hudson. A group seeking signatures says Donald Rindo approached them and tore up two of their signs, then tried to start a fight by urging one the petitioners to 'take a swing' at him. He was ticketed for disorderly conduct and destruction of property.

Last week a River Falls woman was arrested for spitting on recall petitioners, and there have been several cases of opponents tearing up recall petitions in Western Wisconsin.
