New York (WQOW) - If you're a big fan of king-sized chocolate bars, you may want to stock up.
Candymaker Mars is trimming its chocolate bars. The company plans to stop selling all chocolate bars with more than 250 calories by the end of 2013. That means no more king-sized Snickers bars, which pack a whopping 580 calories right now. It also means some regular-sized candy bars will be a smaller.
This move is part of an agreement Mars signed with Michelle Obama's Partnership for a Healthier America. The candy maker is among 16 companies that have pledged to cut more than a trillion calories from their foods by the end of 2015.
