Man charged after allegedly beating his former roommate

Clark County (WQOW) - One of the men accused of beating his former roommate with a bat, will be in court later this week.

Charges have now been filed against Alexander Lee. The Neillsville man is accused of attacking Lance Poeschel while he slept. He says Lee and another man struck him two or three dozen times with an aluminum baseball bat and a metal pipe. He suffered four broken bones and other injuries.

Poeschel says Lee also threatened to kill his family. Lee was allegedly upset that Poeschel had told him last month to move out of the home they shared.
