Altoona (WQOW) - Police have called a press conference to discuss an arrest.

Thomas J. West, from Altoona, has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography. Detectives say there were two videos showing child porn on his computer.

Police say they would not release any more information about the case until a press conference that has been scheduled for Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
