RACINE COUNTY (WQOW) - The lone recount of the recall races begins tomorrow. The Government Accountability Board ordered the recount yesterday in the race in Senate District 21. That's where Democratic challenger John Lehman defeated incumbent Republican Senator Van Wanggaard.

Wanggaard trailed by 834 votes after the official canvass. The winner of the race will give his party the majority in the Senate.
