Man charged with felony theft for stealing from employer

Eau Claire (WQOW) - A worker at a northern Wisconsin store is charged with stealing thousands of dollars from his employer.

Investigators say Terry Fish worked at Wild Bill's Sport Shop and Convenience Store in Webster. The store owner told police that she and other employees suspected Fish of pretending to accept merchandise returns and then pocketing the 'refund money.'

An audit showed more than $10,000 was missing during the hours Fish worked in 2008 and 2009. He is now charged with felony theft.
