MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- A former Marquette University computer technician is accused of attempting to steal a dorm director's Facebook password with a computer program.
According to prosecutors, Christopher M. Cichon of Morris, Illinois had his toaster taken away in compliance with dorm rules.
The criminal complaint says the 21-year-old installed a program recording anything typed.
In the complaint, investigators say Cichon wanted the passwords to create posts under her name.
A pre-trial conference is set for June 29.
A defense attorney says there have been ongoing conversations with prosecutors and he expects the case to be resolved before the trial.
