Jackson County (WQOW) - A teen is facing charges after leading deputies on a high-speed chase in Jackson County.
A Jackson County deputy clocked Nathan Hagenbrock traveling more than 90 miles per hour on Highway 54 earlier this month. The deputy attempted to pull him over, but Hagenbrock kept driving. The deputy says speeds eventually reached 120 miles per hour. Hagenbrock pulled over after his car started to smoke.
He told the deputy he saw the police lights, but didn't hear a siren. He also admitted to smoking marijuana about two hours before the incident. Hagenbrock is due back in court next month.
