Chippewa County (WQOW) - A Stanley man is sentenced to jail for his role in a string of break-ins.

Bryan Nitz pleaded guilty on Tuesday to two counts of theft.  Nitz and Jona Hampson broke into a church in February and several Stanley-area businesses in July.  Some of the items taken include a big screen TV, Blu-ray player, guns, liquor and cigarettes.

Nitz was sentenced to 120 days in jail and must pay restitution of more than $7,600 as well as court costs.  Hampson pleaded guilty in December.
