Eau Claire (WQOW) - A local woman is accused of having her boyfriend burglarize her grandmother's apartment.

Jolayne Kolve and Jonah Streff are charged. Last week an Eau Claire woman called police to report noise in the apartment below her. She said the woman who lived there was in the hospital.

Police caught Streff walking out of the apartment with 35 bottles of prescription drugs belonging to the resident, along with her checkbook, credit cards, jewelry and cash. Streff was arrested after a foot chase.

While police were questioning Streff he kept getting text messages from Kolve. Police say those messages were instructing him to look for pills and valuables in the home. The pair will return to court next month.
