City council to discuss city manager terms of employment

Eau Claire (WQOW) - Eau Claire has yet to name a new city manager, but what that person will be paid is part of a discussion by the city council. 

The Eau Claire City Council will meet in closed session Monday night to talk about the terms of employment for the new city manager.  That covers things like wages and benefits.  The council isn't expected to make any announcement at the meeting. 

There are currently three finalists for the position.  The council hopes to name a new city manager in the next few weeks.
