Mequon (WQOW) -- The Express allowed nine unanswered runs against Lakeshore on Sunday, eventually falling 9-2.

Eau Claire pitcher Andrew Hedrick had a rough outing, earning his fourth loss of the year. Hedrick lasted just three innings, allowing four walks and three runs. Reliever Matt Lynch did not fair much better, giving up four runs in his lone inning of work.

Eau Claire returns to Carson Park on Monday to face Battle Creek. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
