Eau Claire (WQOW) - An Eau Claire development faces another hurdle.

On Monday, the Eau Claire Plan Commission will take up the site plan for the Metro Crossing development. The project, a proposed 84-unit apartment building, is planned for the site of the former Country Hearth Inn and Suites hotel.

The plan commission meets at 7:00 PM on Monday at City Hall. In June, the city council voted to rezone the property.
