Eau Claire (WQOW) - A stabbing victim now faces criminal charges along with his alleged attacker.
Eau Claire police were called to an apartment building on Coventry Court last month. They found William Yakesh bleeding heavily from stab wounds to his arms, chest and back. One stab also broke a rib. Yakesh and his roommate Christopher Buisse were allegedly arguing when a fight broke out.
Yakesh told police Buisse got a knife and stabbed him, and that Yakesh then hit Buisse several times in the back with a baseball bat. Buisse is charged with felony battery. Yakesh is now charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.
