Eau Claire (WQOW) - The owner of a major Eau Claire department store is taking the City of Eau Claire to court again.

The owner of Younkers filed suit against the city this week. They claim the city over-charged them in 2011 property taxes by assessing the value of the Eau Claire store at $6.1 million. Younkers says it's worth $3.6 million.

Last year the store filed a similar suit against the city for taxes in 2009 and 2010. A trial on that lawsuit is set for October.
