Christopher D. Bartos, 36, of Baldwin has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped a vehicle being operated by Christopher Bartos for
speeding on Highway 25 near County Road BB. A subsequent roadside investigation revealed that
the driver was under the influence of an intoxicant. Bartos was transported to and lodged at the
Dunn County jail.
"Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty."
