Eau Claire (WQOW) - A man whose motorcycle hit a deer has died from his injuries.

The 61-year-old Park Falls man died Monday. According to the Sawyer County Sheriff's Department, the man was traveling on Highway 70 when the deer ran out and he was unable to avoid it. The crash happened Saturday night.

The victim's name will not be released by request of the family.
