Minneapolis, MN (WQOW)- A Minneapolis woman is behind bars for what police describe as her role in trafficking two teen girls, believed to be runaways from Eau Claire.
Meranda Warborg is facing felony charges of solicitation and sex trafficking. The girls, a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, told police they stayed with Warborg in a Minneapolis home where they sold sex for money.
Officers were alerted about the missing teens last week. That led them to search online, where they found photographs of both girls in advertisements, that according to a criminal complaint, were clearly about prostitution.
