Cudahy (WQOW/WISN) - Our sister station in Milwaukee, WISN 12 News, has learned that police and FBI agents descended upon a Cudahy neighborhood late Sunday afternoon.
Crews report a police presence in the 3700 block of East Holmes Avenue near Packard Avenue.
Officials are not yet commenting on the situation in Cudahy or what may have prompted the police and FBI response.
Residents told 12 News there were told to be prepared to leave their homes "for an extended period of time."
WISN 12 News crews have seen bomb squad crews as well as police and FBI agents on the scene.
