Eau Claire (WQOW) - Drunk driving charges are filed against a Medford man who crashed and injured a young boy.

The district attorney says Jonathan Terrones crashed into a tree on July 1st.

A 10-year-old boy was in the car with him and suffered a hip injury as well as a broken leg. At the time of the accident Terrones had a blood alcohol level of .096.

He faces four felony charges including recklessly endangering safety and second offense OWI. He's scheduled to be back in court next week.
