Rusk County (WQOW) - One person is taken to the hospital after an ATV accident in Rusk County.

It happened around 11 a.m. Sunday in the Town of Marshall.

Deputies say the 14-year-old driver was turning onto a road when she accelerated too fast and hit a fence.

The driver and a passenger were injured. The passenger was taken to the hospital. No word on their condition.
