Rusk County (WQOW) - Ladysmith police are investigating a man's death.

Police say it appears the man fell down stairs along a sidewalk on a hill. It happened on the north side of town. Someone found him Sunday night. Investigators say there's nothing suspicious about his death. They believe he may have had too much to drink and injuries from the fall killed him, but they are still looking into it. The man was 37 years old. His name has not been released.
