Portland, Maine (WQOW) - A bike ride to raise money for a guide dog program is at the finish line.
On Monday, Mark Mansell wrapped up his ride in Maine. Mansell biked from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine to raise money for the Leader Dog program.
He started his trip in mid-June and made a stop in Chippewa County in July. The 3,500 mile bike trip helped raise $70,000. That money will provide guide dogs, free of charge, for the blind and visually impaired.
