Barron County (WQOW) - Voters have approved a referendum for the Barron Area School District four months after they rejected a similar proposal.

On Tuesday night, voters approved $790,000/year for five years by a margin of 30 votes (795-765). The money will be used for operations and major maintenance projects. In April, a similar referendum was rejected by 95 votes.
