Barron County (WQOW) - A school district is getting ready to go to work after a referendum was approved on Tuesday.
Voters supported a referendum in the Barron Area School District, giving the green light to an extra $790,000 a year for five years. The district administrator says they will start getting quotes on projects to finish before the winter. Those projects would include repairing parking lots and replacing windows.
