The ESPN NFL analyst and hall of fame player and coach says the NFC will be a tougher conference this season, but believes the Packers are still the team to beat.
"There's a lot of good things they have and they know that. You don't have the kind of record they had unless that happens," says Ditka. "The Giants game was a big disappointment. But all I'm saying is, to me, they have to still be the favorites. Chicago will be better, Detroit will be better if they can keep their guys out of jail, and Minnesota should be better. So it's going to be a little tougher division, but I think Green Bay is still the best team in the division."
