Madison (WQOW) -- The Wisconsin football team took a break from practices to meet the fans at Camp Randall Stadium.
More than 10-thousand fans showed up to the annual Badgers Family Fun Day. It was a sea of red as fans collected autographs and pictures with their favorite players. Even though the event is designed for fans, the players say they enjoy the event.
"Honestly, it's a humbling experience with everyone wanting your autograph. It's fun, we get to meet a lot of people. A lot of the fans that sit here and cheer for you, you get to meet them," says senior running back Montee Ball.
There will be plenty more fans at Camp Randall in less than two weeks when the Badgers kick off the season against Northern Iowa.
