Chippewa County (WQOW) - A
local county is stuffing envelopes, hoping to get an idea of how to better
serve their residents.
Starting September
1st, the Chippewa County Department of Human Services will be
sending out a survey, asking residents to rate their services. The county says they've never done a survey
like this and hope to learn what people think of the job they're doing.
"The survey was created to obtain
data and feedback from the consumers we serve, so we can see the areas that we
need improvement, see how we're doing so that we can align with our consumer
needs. And continue to improve and provide quality customer service," says Pauline
Spiegel, administrative assistant and consumer service team member.
The survey
looks at seven different areas of service.
Residents can take the survey until September 15th.
