Local school addresses cyber bullying

Eau Claire (WQOW)- A local school is hosting an event to address an important topic as kids are about to head back to the classroom.

NorthStar Middle School in Eau Claire is hosting a free educational event for parents and educators to discuss cyber bulling.  A pediatrician from Gundersen Lutheran will talk about signs of cyber bullying and its growing impact on kids. 

Guidelines for school districts to help reduce bullying in schools will also be discussed. This event will be held Tuesday night at NorthStar Middle School from 6p.m. to 7:30p.m.
