Eau Claire (WQOW)- As wildfires burn in the western half of the country help is on the way from Wisconsin.
A Red Cross volunteer from Weyerhauser was sent to the state of Washington Wednesday. She'll act as a disaster mental health worker for those battling the fires out west.
There's another potential disaster that the Red Cross is watching. Several Red Cross volunteers from our area will head to Florida to serve as shelter workers ahead of Tropical Storm Isaac.
