Eau Claire (WQOW) - A jump at the pump has us nearing a record high in Eau Claire.

On Tuesday, gas prices went up a nickel to $3.99. The record of $4.09 was set in the summer of 2008. At that time, the price of oil was about $135 a barrel. On Tuesday, oil was trading at about $97.
