Eau Claire (Press Release) - Steven L. Sutton, 49, of Eau Claire has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.

On September 13, 2012 at 1:55 a.m. a WI State Patrol Trooper stopped Steven L. Sutton for a traffic violation. Sutton was subsequently arrested by the trooper for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 4th offense. Sutton was transported to the Mayo Hospital for a legal blood draw and then to the Eau Claire County Jail.
